A payout recipient is a bank account where Tupel transfers loan funds. Set up at least one recipient before requesting your first loan.
Step 1: Access Your Entity
From your organization dashboard, click on the relevant entity.
Step 2: Click on Add a Payout Recipient
On your entity homepage, click Next on "Add a Payout Recipient".
Step 3: Select Recipient Type
Choose whether this is an:
- Internal recipient: A bank account owned by the entity
- External recipient: A bank account owned by another party
Step 4: Select Account Type & Currency
Specify:
- Account type (Personal or Business)
- Currency for the account
Step 5: Add Bank Details
Enter the bank account details. Required fields vary by currency and may include:
- Account number
- Sort code or routing number
- IBAN
- Bank name
The form will update automatically based on the selected currency.
Step 6: Review and Submit
Review all information carefully before clicking "Submit". The recipient will appear in your recipients list with a "Linked" status once active.
You can now use this recipient when requesting loans.
